3 Ways to Boost YOUR Immune System

What you should be doing to boost your
immune system!

Wow!  Can you believe how crazy the world is right now?  Are you like us and feel like you are living in a dream?

After many sleepless nights of trying to figure out how to support our customers during this unprecedented time, I decided that the best thing we can do is to teach everyone how to boost their immune system. Right now it is of upmost importance that YOU do what you can to stay healthy for you and your family.

So how do you do that?

1.  DRINK WATER!  By drinking water you are flushing toxins out of your body.  You should be drinking a minimum of  1/2 your body weight in water a day.  This will keep you hydrated which will in turn build immunity.

2.  TAKE SUPPLEMENTS!  Make sure you are taking vitamin C, B and D to build up your immune system.  My family is also adding Lysine to the mix.  Also make sure that you are eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables.

3.  DRINK TEA!  Drinking tea will help to build your immune system because it is rich in antioxidants.  There are a variety of teas categories that are rich in antioxidants and its an easy way to boost your immune system.

Green Tea is antibacterial, boost brain function and is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants
White Tea is rich in antioxidants, may fight heart disease, may lower insulin and has compounds that fight cancer
Black Tea . Black tea contains polyphenols, which are also antioxidants that help block DNA damage associated with tobacco or other toxic chemicals.
